More than other senior administrative officers, Chief Diversity Officers (CDOs) are required to engage in horizontal administration, and work across the other vertical units with the individuals responsible for those areas. It is important then for CDOs to develop knowledge and competency in a variety of institutional sectors and demonstrate executive presence as they execute their duties. Executive presence has long been acknowledged as a critical factor in leader effectiveness.
Executive presence is a mystery for many leaders to define. However, leaders are often expected to hone such presence without a road map that connects behavior and thought to business and institutional outcomes.
The CoopLew Chief Diversity Officers Virtual Seminar: Demystifying Executive Presence: Unpacking the 16 Behaviors that all Chief Diversity Officers need to demonstrate as Transformational Leaders, unpacks behaviors that create a new essence for diversity leaders. This virtual seminar provides key foundational skills for developing greater leadership presence and a more effective, impactful communication style with senior executives and key stakeholders.
