Victor (Vic) M. H. Borden, Ph.D. is Professor of Higher Education and Student Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington. He is the Project Director for the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education and senior advisor to the Executive Vice President for University Academic Affairs.
Dr. Steve O. Michael
Dr. Steve O. Michael is Executive Vice President of Academic Affairs and Provost, Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. Dr. Michael was one of the principal founders of the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE).

Refund Policy: Requests for refunds MUST be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. CoopLew will issue refunds on the following scale:
Prior to 60 days from the event - 100%
Between 60 and 45 days from the event - 50%
Between 45 and 30 days from the event - 25%
No refunds after 30 days prior to the event
In the unlikely event that a CoopLew event is postponed, event fees will be credited toward the next CoopLew event or a CoopLew event of choice within 1 year of the postponement notice.
