Diversity Strategic Plan, Measurement and Evaluation 

CoopLew, the company that is leading the next paradigm for transformative diversity leadership is holding its Chief Diversity Officers Summer Skill-Symposium on June 18-20, 2019, hosted by Gallaudet University, in the nations capital, Washington, D.C.

More than other senior administrative officers, CDOs are required to engage in horizontal administration, and work across the other vertical units with the individuals responsible for those areas. It is important then, for CDOs to develop knowledge and competency in a variety of institutional sectors. 

The Summer Skill-Set Symposium 2019 will focus on Diversity Strategic Plan, Measurement, and Evaluation. This symposium is designed to upgrade the body of expertise held by veteran CDOs, but are flexible in delivery so that new and even aspiring CDOs can take part.

Victor (Vic) M. H. Borden, Ph.D. is Professor of Higher Education and Student Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington. He is the Project Director for the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education and senior advisor to the Executive Vice President for University Academic Affairs.

Dr. Steve O. Michael

Dr. Steve O. Michael is Executive Vice President of Academic Affairs and Provost, Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. Dr. Michael was one of the principal founders of the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE).

Refund Policy: Requests for refunds MUST be made in writing to william@cooplew.com. CoopLew will issue refunds on the following scale:

  • Prior to 60 days from the event - 100%

  • Between 60 and 45 days from the event - 50%

  • Between 45 and 30 days from the event - 25%

  • No refunds after 30 days prior to the event

    In the unlikely event that a CoopLew event is postponed, event fees will be credited toward the next CoopLew event or a CoopLew event of choice within 1 year of the postponement notice.
